Strolling through the Navy Yard area yesterday and ended up here. No reservations plus it was raining but they were able to commodate my wife and I. Got a seat quickly and placed our order. Got to chat with the bartender Sam and informed him we were celebrating my wife's completed degree. He was gracious and kind enough to give us a bottle of "Italian champagne" to celebrate. Food was amazing, service was GREAT and you can even pay with a scan of your phone. Best pizza in town.

Amazing Italian pizzeria. Our family tried. Several of the pizzas, all were amazing. I especially liked one that had hot honey on it. All of the crusts are New Jersey style, a good balance, between a thin crust pizza, and one with a good thick crust at the end. We also loved the Arancini- just like we had an Italy. For the quality of the food, I thought everything was very reasonably priced. Rare in D.C. The view of the river is top notch from this location. I would go back for the view alone.

It's a really good place to eat good pizzas with friends. The dessert was also super good !!!! The people there were super nice and professional. The decoration is really nice. I will go back there for sure !

We were pleasantly surprised by this pizza place. We initially went here due to an Amex dining credit. It's in a nice quiet location with a great view. The pizza is great as are the mocktails. Everything was surprisingly reasonably priced and it was a great evening out. The servings were very generous, to the point where we couldn't finish the pizzas we ordered. The atmosphere was nice. It was quiet, the pleasant lighting and the service was attentive but not too invasive.

I throughly enjoyed my meal and my view during my dinner. I had the Sedgwick and a chocolate chip cookie. My waitress was so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend All Purpose Pizza to anyone looking for a craft pizza in a relaxing and beautiful location.

Unbelievable!! We enjoyed the breadsticks, pizza, chocolate chip cookie and beverages! The best food experience we had in DC. AND most likely the best pizza we’ve ever had. Busy night but we were able to find seating at the bar and so glad we did. Lorenzo was OUTSTANDING! Very kind, attentive, great recommendations! He made our experience memorable! All the team members working well together and supporting one another. Highly recommend.

Met some friends for dinner. Get there before 7 to take advantage of happy hour where pizzas are only 10!! (Plus toppings). We also got the cauliflower which was divine and the calamari which was just okay.... Would have preferred lemon wedges over the lemon aioli. We sat outside and they were kind enough to give me some bug spray after I got attacked by mosquitoes. They have a ton of tables that allow you to enjoy the weather and the view.

I have been to All Purpose multiple times and I am never disappointed but! Edith, she was really attentive and responsive to my questions. Even though I had been to all purpose a bunch questions are a thing. Not only was she wonderful but her co-host(I didn’t get his name) was very pleasant and attentive. They both interacted with the patio dinners with respect and diligence. I will always return to All Purpose, they know how to generate a good dining experience.
